Try a textbook by Elmasri from library. It was the textbook I used in college and it explains really well, the functional dependency, the closure, 1NF, 2NF, 3NF, Multivalue NF, even BoyceCodd NF. I can't remember much now. I used to do lots of these.

To enlighten some, what he is trying to do is the rule for normalization. Normalization is employed in ER design. DBA do not do that job.

This thread is more like a college school work problem.

Try to get that textbook. It's the best to my knowledge and read under the chapter, Normalization.
