this reminds me of a joke :

The UN posted a worldwide question last month : "Can you please give an honest opinion concerning a solution for the shortage of food in the rest of the world?"

It was a disaster :

• Africa didn't know what 'food' meant
• Western Europe didn't get the meaning of 'shortage'
• Eastern Europe didn't have a clue what the word 'opinion' was
• South America didn't know 'please'
• Asia - 'honest' ?
• USA - what do you mean by 'the rest of the world' ?
