Your problem is
AIX 4.1 ======== desupported sqlnet v1 =========== desupported Oracle 7.1 ============== desupported
And everything desupported in the previous century.
Should I say more????????????
Upgrade to Oracle 8i or migrate to a product from the Evil Empire
