free space in an extent below High Watermark

Hello,

@ Oracle 8.1.7:
i create a table XXX and add 10000 rows to it, then delete all of the rows from that table. After that i use SQL*Loader to insert another 10000 rows into
that table. I guess the HWM block should now be twice as 'high' as after the delete, though still only 10000 rows populate the table.

Question: can i find out how many space BELOW the HWM is free?
