I noticed this too - Oracle comes with oratcl - which is an extension of tcl ....
I just bought a couple of tcl books and I'm going to rewrite my most important scripts in tcl - heck now I can even create a decent script on NT !!!
I think Oracle should indeed better document the possibilities this opens !
