Oracle iFS: when click on file in db get page not found

I am completely new to Oracle iFS and having just had a system set up
(Oracle 9ias; iSF1.1 on Win2K) I am having the following problem.



I can upload a file to my personal area using the web interface but
when I try to click on the file the browser cannot find the page
relating to the file I have just uploaded.  I have the same problem
with pages called from the online help within the web interface.



I would be extremely grateful for any advice or pointers - I haven't
managed to find much from the oracle PDFs...
