Database can't start

I have installed Oracle 8.1.6.3 on windows 2000 server. I used it normally
for 3 months. However, i don't know why the database can't start suddenly.
The status of the oracle is "starting" and the other service work properly
such as TNS Listener, Agent...... !


Please help !!
