In 8i whatever happened to sqlplus online help for sql and plsql?

In oracle 7.3 sqlplus online help could be installed from
$ORACLE_HOME/sqlplus/admin/help for sql, plsql and sqlplus command
syntax. In 8i there is only sqlplus syntax help in this location
available to install. Does anyone know what happened to sql and plsql
help or if it is gone altogether now??
