Not necessarily. Adding another CPU to a single processor is not the same as adding another node to a cluster. Of course, if you run out of slots for more CPUs, then you need another node. That is the domain of 9i, not 8 like in this case.

I don't think anyone can. It's too new for anyone to have built a knowledge base wide enough for teaching. :-)
