conversion from range part tab to regular table

sir, I have 16 partitions table, what is the best way of converting them into a regular table. exchange option only allows me to do one partition at a time. In addition there are logging involved.

export and import is another approach again logging is involved with that too. Is it possible move nologging and change storage parameter to a nonpartition table ?
