Home -> Community -> Usenet -> c.d.o.server -> missing libclntsh.so.8.0 in oracle-client installation
or "for what do I need libclntsh.so.8.0?"
Hello,
I´ve installed the "oracle enterprise Manager" on a Sun-Solaris E450.
I needed a Client for an external program, which must connect to an
oracle-Database.
Now my external Program (Genesys G6 DB-Server from
http://www.genesyslab.com) want to connect to the Oracle Server. I get now a
failure-Message "ld.so.1: /gcti/ConfigLayer/cfg_DBServer/dbclient_oracle:
fatal: libclntsh.so.8.0: open failed: No such file or directory".
I have no deep skill in Oracle.
Can anyone help me?
Habe I installed the false tools?
What can I do??
thnx in advance
