Hmm, so what's the problem? I've installed every version since 9.0 beta
release 10, and all the Production releases seem to have worked fine with
DBCA. I've actually found this one of the easiest times to use DBCA, and it
seems to be more flexible and powerful than ever before. I particularly
like creating my own templates to carry from machine to machine, and the way
it locks all those default accounts that you see created in an Oracle
database.
