Hello !
When I start the Enterprise Manager Console (exactly when I confirm username and password)
the application displays the message:

EMDK-1100 Unable to estabilish a secure communication channel

I can't find any description for such situation Oracle documentation. I need Your help !
How should I fix this problem ?

Some important informations:
OS : Win NT 4.0 Wks SP 6a
DB : Oracle 8.1.7.2.2 EE
