Not with anything that's supported. You could probably change the underlying system tables, but I wouldn't recommend it.
Your best bet is to export JOHNSMITH's objects and import them into JACKSMITH. Then you'll need to query all grants to JOHNSMITH and grant them to JACKSMITH.
