Not on 9i, which is what the original posting was about I think. In 9i,
CONNECT INTERNAL is desupported, as we announced way back when in 8.0.
CONNECT / AS SYSDBA or CONNECT SYS/CHANGE_ON_INSTALL AS SYSDBA is the
replacement.
