Oracle Default Profile Parameters

I have a problem with passwords expiring.  I run a query from
dba_users and check for profiles, account_status, and expiry_date. 
The profile says default some of the accounts are locked and their are
expiry_dates listed.  The only profile listed is the default profile
so I wanted to know what the default profile consist of?
