interMedia-Text WORDLIST object for Russian language

Hello,

I need a to enable a stemming feature for queries on Russian and Ukrainian languages documents.

Is there any other (not BASIC_) WORDLIST object available that supports such languages? Third-party vendors are developing these objects, etc.?

If there is not, how do I create it myself? I mean I need a kind of API to develop it. Where can I get this information?

Platform is Oracle8.1.7/Linux

Please help.
