Hi,

The intelligence agent is already running according to the Services listing (in Control Panel). The Enterprise manager says that the agent state is UP and I can ping it successfully.

Is the Intelligent Agent different from the NT service "OracleOraHome9Agent"?

Where do I find the OEM documentation? Is it in the same tree as the other Oracle 9i documentation?

Thanks,
Mike
