This is your first clue - you need to make sure ORACLE_HOME is set in your environment as a SYSTEM variable. The background process for Oracle Text requires this. I think it should be set to the ORACLE_HOME/ctx/bin path (I can't remember exactly), but this is in the install docs somewhere. Received on Tue Oct 02 2001 - 20:44:52 CDT
