9i Application Server forms problem

Getting ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve service name when trying to load form. This error does not occur when loading the default Oracle test form.
The 9ias server has been running on a WIN2000 server and we are attempting to move to a SuSE LINUX server. The Document roots are the same, we check the tnsnames.ora and the only difference is the machine name, we've also compared the httpd.conf, 6iserver.conf, forms60.cfg, jserv.conf and jserv.properties.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.
