The guy is running 8.1.7 -and in 8i, the utility is simply called 'oradim' on both NT and Unix -no version numbers are now included in the NT executables (and about time too!)
So, your advice is almost correct. But this would be more accurate: c:> oradim.exe -delete -sid mysid -srvc nemeservice1,.....
