First of all : it is very well known that all subjects of the Evil Empire
and it's accomplishes never ever read any manuals. So they follow similar
procedures when they start using Oracle. They don't read the Oracle concepts
manual, they don't read the chapters on managing user in the Oracle Servers
Adminstrators manual (HINT!) and they don't ever use the Sql reference
manual, because they are under this misguided conception you need to use
stored procedures for everything.
In Oracle this is part of just *ordinary* sql, and you won't ever learn
Oracle by continuing to hack away and dump all your problems in this
newsgroup, just to annoy many of it's members.
So, as for the abovementioned manuals: Please start reading them!!!!
Now!!!!!!!!!
