Oracle 8.0.5

I have Oracle 8.0.5 on Win NT 4.0.
I move file initorcl.ora from c:\orant\database\ to another directory i.e. f:\control.
After reboot one service OracleStartOrcl didn't start with error: The system cannot fin specified file.
How to solve this problem?
I will want store initorcl.ora in f:\control.
