DB2 ---> Oracle

I need to do the following :

1. migrate a DB2 db to an Oracle db
2. run the Oracle db in read-only mode
3. refresh the Oracle db every month with the DB2 db as source

Is there an Oracle tool to perform this migration 'painless' ? How can I do the refresh ? I guess I should use something like a transparent gateway or
Oracle HS with dblinks and customized pl/sql programming ? Has anyone have simular
situation ?
