Everything will be recreated as it was (with the exception of some grants on SYS owned objects, like execute on DBMS_PIPE for example. This happened to me, though I'm not overly sure why...) if you use FULL=Y in both imp/exp.

You may need to compile a few invalid objects, but that should be it.
