I still think the best way to find the ideal block size for NT is to run one of those nifty utils that measure memory transfer speed, pick a size that is fast and near one of the 512 multiples and go with it. I did this in my NT box and 4K turned out to have both the best memory transfer speed and the best overall database performance.
