ORA-0600 [12333]-[253]-[1]-[253]

I am continually getting ORA-0600 [12333]-[253]-[1]-[253] dumps on the server side. This seems to correspond with SQL Forced Rollbacks and other Oracle Form errors that occur at the same time. Oracle support has been very little help so far. For some reason, error seems to occur more frequently when a pop-list is used by the user...don't know why. I also seem to be able to clear it up for a "SHORT" period of time by restarting the server...

Server Running Oracle 8.1.6.3.4 on NT 40 SP6a Clients Running Oracle Developer 6i (Rel 1) patchset 1 on NT and Win98 computers.

Any help or thoughts?
