If you would please be so kind to post *exact* error messages, instead of 'It doesn't work', and as much as possible data about your system. Don't you think when the server can't start you also can't connect. Do you think Oracle generates incorrect error messages? If so, nobody can help you, and you are stupid instead of the error message.
