Funny. My old Peoplesoft NT ORACLE database has been up for, now, let me see: >400 days? Must be the stark, raving madness then. The SS database they put in to replace that system hasn't yet stayed up for more than a week. Lots of excuses and finger-pointing, but facts are facts.

Cheap, maybe. Bastard? Why? And I disagree: he'll have a much better chance of staying up with an OS that doesn't need a re-boot everytime one changes an option somewhere...
