Error trying to use ORACLE lite conduit

I set up Oracle Lite Consolidator client and server, and
installed the client on the Palm device.
I registered the ORACLE hotsync conduit as well.



I keep getting the following error during hotsync:



Unable to initialize threads: ¬zån 



Can't create Java VM




OK Oracle with 2 message(s)



Any help will be appreciated.
