Apply patch issue

I ran a patch update to my current 8.0.x server. Afterwards, the instructions state to start the srvmgr and run two scripts located in the admin directory.

Unfornately, being a novice, I got into the svrgmgr30 on NT, and connected as Internal, but I don't know the proper syntax to run the catalog.sql and catproc.sql scripts.

Any help appreciated. The files are located in the e:\orant\rbdms80\admin directory, but too much of a novice to get it to work.
