It is not that easy. I had the same problem and it was simply noy possible because all objects were already "grant to public". If it is so, it not possible to add restriction about this.

The only way we find is :

• revoke all grant to public
• create 2 role ACCESS and ACCESS_SELECT
• make grant all on ... to ACCESS and grant select on ... to ACCESS_SELECT.
