HP-UX and Oracle

Do you know where is the system file to put Oracle set up for shared memory
and semaphores.



Example : SHMMAX OR SEMMNI.



Recently I just instaled in sun box, I put the set command in the system
under /etc



When I search 'system' in HP-UX, I found several places have system.



After I check around I am still which on should I use for setting up the
shared memory etc...
