script called ugly_DDL uses oracle exp and imp utilities with awk to get runable SQL DDL from Oracle.

Oracle's motto is "Never let the people get porting data."

Also there are several other PL/SQL and perl based schema generators using exp,imp or the system catalogs to generate some DDL. Search the Web and oramag.
