Are you going to migrate into Oracle Personal Edition? Oracle provides Access Migration tool.
If you don't have this tool and have a good DBA it takes you 10 minutes per table with Chyfo (www.ispirer.com/chyfo.html) If you don't have a DBA now you can apply to support_at_ispirer.com. The migration will cost you a site license of the tool ($70). You don't need look for DBA.
