Getting Oracle data into Excel is easy.
Set up an ODBC connection to your Oracle database. Open Excel.
Under the data menu select Get External Data - Create New Query You will be able to select your ODBC source and then the tables you want to bring into Excel.
If you do not have a full installation of Excel, you may need to add the Microsoft query add-on. This too is easy - look in the help.
