First of all, you should be aware usenet is a voluntary business, it is not a replacement for a paid support contract with Oracle (which probably don't have, otherwise you have directed this question to OTS). So you can't expect responses will be flooding in at one click of your fingertips.
Resending something with as only added line 'Resending due to lack of response' within 8! hours betrays a fundamental attitude problem. If you want to be answered at all in the future, I suggest you try to learn some manners.

This is the more necessary because you don't quote the exact error message, and obviously you haven't do anything to resolve your problem yourself. So you simply dump the issue to an Usenet forum and expect to be responded within 8 hours! We all do this in our spare free time, so try to at least to be as specific as possible.

The dll you quote is probably simply in use. Please verify that with msinfo32 from the Office suite, or any other tool which allows you to look at dlls in memory.
