problem installing Enterprise Manager

I have downloaded the Enterprise Manager for Solaris 2.6 onto a Sparc station and I'm havin difficulty installing it. The download is in five parts and the instructions say to put all the parts in the same directory and use unzip -U and then run runInstaller.sh. The problem is when you go to run the runInstaller.sh you find that it is not executable. I tried a chmod but it didn't help.

Any help with this problem will be apreciated.
