must I reinstall oracle server?

 oracle8 server run on AIX, recently the ORACLE server was down abnormally, when I restarted the AIX server and key in ' svrmgrl ' , the following error display on the console, must I reinstall the oracle server ?

exec(): 0509-036 Cannot load program oraclelabsrv because of the following error
s:

        0509-023 Symbol pw_post in oracle is not defined.
        0509-023 Symbol pw_wait in oracle is not defined.
        0509-023 Symbol pw_config in oracle is not defined.
        0509-026 System error: Cannot run a file that does not have a

valid form
