When i run oracle installer on my computer (NT 4.0 w/s), it shows me, that i have following products installed (amoung other stuff of course):
You need both of those installed in Oracle client computers. Probably you need to install some additional Net*8 products on your Oracle server (sth. like Oracle Net*8 Server???). Since i don't have any Oracle8/NT combos around, i really can't tell.
Read the Oracle "Net*8 Administrator's Guide" specific to your platform.
