My client is seeking a top level performer who would like to be part of a company that promotes creativity and teamwork.....really!! They provide advanced digital document management solutions to professional firms. They are seeking a Technical Manager who will be responsible for the database administration and technical support for the litigation support needs of a large law firm on a permanent basis.

Qualified candidates MUST have a thorough knowledge of Oracle (Oracle Certified or equivalent) and networking infrastructure within a Microsoft NT environments. The successful candidate must have excellent project management and strong interpersonal skills so as to work with end users on database design needs and provide general system support and training. Strong attention to system back-up, documentation and security are critical.

Additional Requirements:
-Strong SQL skills to include the ability to perform simple and complex
table joins, updates and inserts
-Ability to utilize PL/SQL to create triggers and stored procedures
-Experience with MS Access as a front-end to Oracle
-Ability to write simple VB scripts
-Experience installing Oracle and demonstrated experience with back-ups
and restores
-Visual Basic/Delphi programming a plus
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Experience with digital document management systems or working with
law firms is a significant plus.
Bachelors Degree or equivalent is required
