OCP Cert: Book and Selfttestsoftware.com

Going to start my OCP track in a week with the SQL test. What is the OCP bible, if there is one? Any of those exam cram books worth anything?

Also, any recommendations on self test software? The only one I know about at this point is selftestsoftware.com, but they seem kinda expensive. Anyone got info on their stuff, or others? I also suppose this stuff should be available 2nd-hand, so if anyone's willing to drop it, lemme know.

Finally, when is Oracle planning on supporting EJB 1.1?
