Oracle V8 : ORA 904 but column exists ???!!!

Hi everybody,

some of our SQL code throws ORA 904, invalid column name, though the column exists. Amazing enough, this error message will not appear in all of our applications we usee to execute that statement:

• sqlplus
• WinSQL
• ODBC

The old release of Oracle V7.3.4 does not through any error. Anyone 've got an idea ?
