drop datafile from system tablespace

I have add another datafile on another disk 'N than that disc is broken just couple hour later......

I have used recover database it's said this can not be done coz missing the archived log.

I have try to remove those datafile using edit the result from backup controlfile to trace and remove the datafile, but the oracle wont startup coz the dictionary miss those datafile 'wich actually has gone'

is there any thing i could do to recover my data
