I am having problems in configuring OEM.
Database Version Oracle 7.3.4.5

Server  OS      AIX 4.3.3 / RS6000
PC                  Windows 95





My agent on the server is running properly, the privileges for various
snmp_files look correct, services.ora has all the entries, still when I try
to discover the node from OEM console, I get the message
"Failed to get agent information for node 199.239.102.16"



I am out of  ideas now. I would appreciate any help.
