Identifing temporary tables to SID

Hello

Is there any way to identify specific temporary table ids with the SID that is running it.
i.e.

In DBA_SEGMENTS I have a temporary segment name of 3.124995 amongst others. I want to know the SID that is creating this temporary table.

I hope that makes sense.
