Checksum error in redo log block

Due to a system error encountered in our production machine, our database is down abnormally. After that, when we try to startup the database again, an checksum error in redo log block occurred.

In the SERMGR>, the following error occurred.

ORA-00368: checksum error in redo log block ORA-00353: log corruption near block 257360 change 653358658 time 04/09/00 15:32
ORA-00312: online log 3 thread 1: '/oracle/8.0.4/dbs/prod/redog3m2.log' ORA-00312: online log 3 thread 1: '/oracle/8.0.4/dbs/prod/redog3m1.log'

Can anyone suggest what procedure we need to do in order to solve this problem?
