Its so slow I logged a TAR about it - hope that gets them moving.



The mean download speed between 4-7 Kilobytes / Sec. (when you actually
GET a connection to the ftp server).



I've seen the site perform at 436 Kilobytes / Sec sustained before.
Goodness knows what's going on.
