pl/sql -> com -> mapi

Anybody have any luck with the dcom cartridge on WinNT? I have successfully installed the demo scripts without error, but cannot get them to run - specifically the mapi demo. Haven't tried the Excel or Word demos, but I have no use for them. I always get this error:

COM-0004: The registered CLSID for the ProgID is invalid.
