The upgrade doesn't take long at all, say 30 minutes for the actual
install and upgrade. However the preparation, backing up DB, changing
paths, .profiles, backup scripts documentation etc. is significantly
longer !
With the migration, assuming you are using the migration utility and not
import / export, then I would estimate the migration to take around 90
minutes. Again, it is the preparation, and the running of the catalog
upgrade scripts that can take an hour or more.
